INTERPRETATION OF CONGO (OF BRAZZAVILLE)
Congo is divided into two nations, this little one on the west side of the Congo river and the larger DRC on the east side of the Congo river. Brazzaville is the capital and often included in the name to distinguish it from DRC
It claims democracy, yet since 1997 has had the same leader,
Motto- unity, work, progress
Religion- Protestant-52%, Roman Catholic 30%, 25% tribal
Most population lives in rural areas with most of the country uninhabited and separated communities by widely diverse regions.
Despite being one of the tinier nations of Africa, it is one of the largest petroleum producers. Known for its Gorilla sanctuaries.

Watched a pbs special about Congo through the eyes of a Congolese host who adored his nation, and the love he expressed for it as he revisited old memories struck me, yet he made no plans to return permanently.
