To Triumph is to go over the top in victory with rejoicing & dancing. It is a shout of overcoming.
Eagles are symbolic of the seer anointing. So this is a prophetic decree for the seer anointing to be loosed. Eagles also symbolize overcoming adversity. God promises we shall mount up as eagles and be renewed and not faint. He declares He carried Israel as on His wings as an eagle when He delivered them from Egypt.
The design is an Eagle on the Glory fire. Gods presence is described as Fire and so this is a prophetic decree for His Glory Presence to come and fill the atmosphere with triumph as we worship. And to break off the chains that keep us earth bound.
