The Holy Spirit brings in the Power Presence of God
This flag is a prophetic decree that we want Holy Spirit to invade the atmosphere. He is decribed as "like a dove decending" at the baptism of Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit flies into the atmosphere in the Spirit of Prophesy to confirm gifts and callings to His people and to bring a release of His spiritual gifts and help us grow in His fruits. He is the ever flowing river, the comforter, peace maker, the refreshing wind from heaven.
